Founder and CEO
Vineet has more than 25 years of experience leading and managing large to medium-sized business transformation efforts. His experience has been focused on operational projects in the area of supply chain management, with a particular focus on category management, procurement and strategic sourcing. He has delivered significant improvement for multiple diversified Fortune 500 and Public Sector clients. Before Privatin, Vineet was a Principal at PRTM, a Managing Director, Professional Services at VerticalNet Inc, and a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting practice.
Vineet holds a BS Degree from the University of Delhi, India and a Masters of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
Tim has over 19 years of experience saving organizations money and improving operations. His experience has primarily been in cost savings, process improvement, and operational efficiency projects. Tim has extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, process, spend analysis, and category management. Over his career, Tim has delivered significant savings for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to public sector organizations. Tim's professional background includes time as a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Procurement BPO unit , strategic sourcing experience with the Mitchell Madison Group, and time as Head of Strategic Sourcing for Geller Services, a boutique consulting and outsourcing firm based in New York City.
Tim holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
Subject Matter Expert
Michael has over 22 years of industry and consulting experience with government and corporate clients in a variety of industries. His experience has been focused on strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain management, procurement, acquisitions, and financial analysis. Prior to joining Privatin, Michael was engaged in a number of consulting engagements as a Principal at Annapolis Acquisition LLC and as a Senior Manager at A.T. Kearney. Prior to consulting, Michael worked in the engineering profession conducting international sourcing activities for a manufacturer of industrial equipment.
Michael holds a BS degree in Mechanical engineering from Penn State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
Robert has over 18 years of experience in business transformation and business process improvement in both the private and public sectors. Robert has been a lead consultant on major initiatives including category management program design and implementation; IT-enabled supply chain integration; strategic supplier management program development; and PMO establishment and performance management. Initiative results include: $29 million in savings; elimination of issues that put $100 million in revenue at risk; launch of successful $10 million-plus businesses; over 20% delivery time reduction; and 30% cycle time reduction. Robert has served as Senior Director at CEB and Practice Manager at two boutique consulting firms. Robert has authored or co-authored a dozen books on supply chain, procurement, and organizational effectiveness.
Robert holds a BA degree from Williams College and a Masters of Business Administration degree (Supply Chain and Finance concentration) from The George Washington University.
